At Over The Limit Mobile Detailing, we strive to provide high-quality detailing services and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can address your concerns.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

The service was not performed as described or agreed upon.

There was a significant error or omission in the service delivered.

The issue was reported within 24 hours after service completion.
Process for Refund Requests
To request a refund, please:

Refund Conditions

We may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion after reviewing the claim.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to pre-existing vehicle conditions or normal wear and tear.

Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or for no-shows.
Rescheduling and Corrections
In many cases, we will offer to re-service the vehicle or correct any issues at no additional cost instead of issuing a refund.
