By booking or receiving any service from Over The Limit Mobile Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are intended to clarify expectations, protect both parties, and ensure a professional and safe experience.

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service, the customer authorizes Over The Limit Mobile Detailing to access and detail their vehicle at the agreed-upon time and location. All services provided are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Limitation of Liability

Over The Limit Mobile Detailing shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or accidents that may occur to the vehicle during or after the detailing process. While we exercise the utmost care and use high-quality products and techniques, all services are performed at the customer’s own risk. The customer acknowledges that some detailing processes may expose or worsen pre-existing issues, and Over The Limit Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any such outcomes. We commit to handling each vehicle with professionalism and care to avoid any damage whenever possible.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful service, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide Access: Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and that there is enough space for our team to safely operate.

  • Disclose Vehicle Conditions: Inform us of any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or sensitive components prior to service.

  • Remove Personal Belongings: Take out all personal items and valuables before the appointment. Over The Limit Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

  • Ensure Vehicle Readiness: The vehicle must be in working condition with a functional battery. We are not responsible for issues related to dead batteries, alarms, or immobilizers.

  • Follow Scheduling Policies: Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Weather Policy

As a mobile business, our services may be affected by weather conditions. If weather prevents safe or effective service, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash, Card, PayPal, etc. Any disputes regarding services must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Over The Limit Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, hostile environments, or unreasonable customer behavior.
